Step 1
Coat the peppers with olive oil. Keep a pan on high heat and wait till it’s really hot
Step 2
Add the peppers to it. Do not stir. Wait till the bottom of the peppers has blackened (a couple of minutes or a little more)
Step 3
Turn the peppers around to the other side . It should take another minute for the other side to blacken too.
