Step 1
Set instant pot to saute mode. When its hot, add cumin seeds. Saute for 10-ish seconds. Add onions to it and saute it till it looks transparent. This should take around 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomatoes to it. Saute till its squishy. This should take another 3ish minutes.
Step 3
Add all the spices in the spices section. Saute it for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add rajma to this. Mix it well and then add water till it covers the rajma. Close the instant pot and set it to Beans mode (should be manual at around 45 mins). Let it cook and release pressure naturally.
Step 5
Add coriander and mix well. Serve with rice or chapati.
