frozen yam - quick steam and fry

Step 1
Take the frozen cubed yam and clean it. Add it to a steamer basket. Fill the instant pot with a cup of water. Add the streamer basket inside it and steam it for 9 minutes. Remove the basket from the IP as soon as it's done.
Step 2
Meanwhile, add oil into a pan and once its hot add mustard seeds. Once it splutters add everything else in the "To Fry" section.
Step 3
Saute it till the chillies and curry leaves look done. Add the steamed yam to it and saute it for a minute or two. This is a very quick sabzi for a busy afternoon or night.
