Step 1
Mix all parsley, garlic, dijon mustard, lime juice, salt and pepper in a small. bowl.
Step 2
Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil and ad olive oil to it first. This gives the foil a non greasy coating. Then cut salmon into filets and add it on a baking pan. Add the above mixture to each salmon. Add a cut lemon slice on each one of them (for fun)
Step 3
Pre heat your oven to 450 F. Add the baking pan to it and let it cook for 14 minutes. Broil it at 550 F for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Make sure the internal temperature of salmon is around 125 atleast.
