Step 1
Take the jaggery in a pan adding little water and allow it to melt completely on medium flame.thus we will get the jaggery solution.
Step 2
now put another pan on medium flame.roast the poha/Avil till it becomes Cryspy.
Step 3
Transfer the roasted poha to the jaggery solution and mix with your fingers.
Step 4
Finally add the grated coconut and 2 tablespoons of sugar into it and give it a good mix.
Step 5
Enjoy this special Kerala snack with hot tea and banana!!
