Step 1
Cut the ridge gourd into thin pieces and take it in a pressure cooker after washing well.
Step 2
add little water,salt,chopped onions and green chillies.cook it for 5 whistles.
Step 3
wait for the cooker to release the pressure completely by its own.
Step 4
Now put a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil.when it gets hot,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and dry red chillies.transfer it immediately to the cooked ridge gourd.
Step 5
mix well and serve it hot with rice so that you can Enjoy!!ridge gourd is a healthy vegetable!!
