Pulp of ripe tamarind is taken
vegetable oil

You can also use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil

Step 1
Take a pan or pressure cooker on medium flame.add vegetable oil into it.when it is hot,add onions,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and pepper powder into it.
Saute it well until the onions are transparent.
Step 2
now add tamarind pulp,curry leaves and Corrionder leaves into it and give a good mix.cook for five more minutes.then turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
Step 3
After cooling completely,grind it in a mixer grinder to make a fine paste.
Step 4
now take a pan or pressure cooker,add the fine paste we have made into it and cook on medium flame.add little warm water into and allow it to boil.then add the chicken into and cook for 15 minutes(if you are using pressure cooker,you can cook for 3 whistles).
Step 5
delicious sour chicken is ready.!!enjoy!!
