Step 1
Take half cup of warm water.add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 teaspoons of yeast into it.mix well and keep it aside.
Step 2
now take 2 cups of all purpose flour in a mixing bowl.add salt,2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,half cup of milk and mix well.
Step 3
then add the sugar-yeast mix into this and knead well adding warm water.make it a perfect soft dough.
Step 4
Cover it with a cloth and keep it aside for 3-4 hours for raising.
Step 5
after 4 hours,knead the dough again.take small balls from it and roll it to a diameter of 20 cm using a rolling pin.remember to spread some all purpose flour while rolling in order to avoid sticking of the dough.
Step 6
Now put a dosa pan or any flat pan on medium flame.when it becomes hot,Transfer the rolled kubboos into it and cook.flip it to the other side and cook until it is done.
