Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add sliced onions,green chillies,crushed ginger,curry leaves,Corrionder leaves and salt.give it a good mix.
Step 2
now add turmeric powder,Kashmiri chilli powder,all purpose flour(maida),gram flour and mix it again.add little water only if needed.
Step 3
take small balls of the mix,press gently with your hands and fry it in vegetable or sunflower oil on medium flame.
Step 4
flip it to both sides and remove from the oil when the onion fry turns golden brown in colour.
Step 5
Enjoy with a hot cup of tea!!
