Onion masala ingredients

Medium sized and finely chopped.

Step 1
Cook the macroni adding enough water,turmeric powder and salt.
(Cook it on medium flame for 10 minutes)
Drain the excess water after cooked.
Keep it aside.
Step 2
On a pan,on medium flame,add 3 tbspn coconut oil.when it is hot,add mustard seeds and all the ingredients in the onion masala ingredients section.
Step 3
Saute it very well until the onions are transparent and well cooked.adjust the salt.
Step 4
Now add all the powders in the masala powder ingredient section and mix well.cook until the masala is well cooked.
Step 5
Now beat 3 eggs in a bowl and transfer it to the the onion masala.give it a good mix.
Step 6
Finally transfer the cooked macroni into it and mix well.
Delicious egg macroni is ready to serve!!
