Step 1
Take 2 cups of wheat flour in a mixing bowl.add a pinch of salt.mix gently.make it a fine batter adding warm water little by little(not too thick not too loosy).
Then add 2 teaspoon of chopped onion,tomato,green chillies into the batter and mix.
Step 2
Now take another bowl.beat 2 eggs into it.add chopped onion,tomatoes,green chillies,corrionder leaves,turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt.give a good mix.
Step 3
now put a pan on medium flame.take one ladle full of batter and pour into it.spread the batter in circular motion to make thin dosa.when it is half cooked,add 2 teaspoons of egg mixture on its centre.cover and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.flip to other side and cook for one more minute.
Step 4
When the dosa is cooked well,spread some ghee over it and serve it hot!!
