For frying the fish
Step 1
Cut and clean the mackerel fish 5-6 times and keep it aside.
Step 2
take a mixing bowl.add red chilli powder,turmeric powder.black pepper powder,salt and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.make a fine paste of it.
Step 3
now spread this masala paste over the mackerel fish very well.keep it for marination(5-10 minutes).
Step 4
After marination,fry it in sunflower oil or any vegetable oil.remove from oil when it is done.
Step 5
squeeze a lemon over the fish fry and serve with hot rice!!
