Step 1
Take a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil into it(you can use vegetable oil also).then add onions,tomatoes,ginger,garlic,green chillies and salt.saute well until the onion is transparent.
Step 2
then add turmeric powder,Corrionder leaves and crushed pepper powder.give it a good mix.
Step 3
now transfer the cleaned chicken into it and combine the chicken with the onion masala.
Step 4
cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes.serve it hot with rice/chappathi.
(If you use a pressure cooker,cook the chicken for 3 whistles)
