Step 1
Cut and clean the jackfruit and it’s seeds.(remember to peel off the skin of jackfruit seeds as shown in figure)
Step 2
now cook this jackfruit and seeds in a pan adding enough water,salt and turmeric powder on medium flame for 25 minutes.
Step 3
once it is well cooked,turn off the flame.
Step 4
take another pan.add coconut oil.when it is hot,add onions,green chillies,garlic,salt and sauté well.
Step 5
transfer the cooked jackfruit into this and mix well.adjust the salt.
Step 6
finally we will do the seasoning.for that,put a pan on medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.when the oil is hot,add mustard seeds,dried red chillies and curry leaves.
Step 7
transfer this immediately to the cooked jackfruit and mix very well.
Jackfruit stir fry is ready.
