Step 1
Cut the green beans very well.
Step 2
put a pan on medium flame.add two tablespoon of vegetable oil.when the oil is hot,add half spoon of mustard seeds.
Step 3
Now add chopped onion,green chillies,corrionder leaves,dry red chillies.saute it very well.
Step 4
now add the finely chopped beans into it and give a good mix.cook it for 10 minutes.
Step 5
add salt into it to taste.
Step 6
finally add grated coconut and cook for five more minutes.yummy beans thoran is ready to serve.
