Step 1
Take a mixing bowl.add chopped ladies fingers,curry leaves,green chillies and salt.mix well.
Step 2
now add,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,Kashmiri chilli powder,corn flour and rice flour into it.
Step 3
give it a good mix adding little water(don’t add too much water).
keep it aside for 5-10 minutes(marination).
Step 4
Now put a pan on medium flame and add vegetable oil.when it is hot,transfer the marinated ladies fingers into it and fry until it turns Cryspy and done.
Step 5
serve the delicious ladies finger fry with hot rice and sambhar!!
