Step 1
Heat a pan,add ghee,add cashew nuts and raisins.fry it well.
Step 2
then add grated coconut,sugar and cardamom powder into it and mix well.cook for 5 minutes on medium flame and turn off.
Our filling is ready.
Step 3
now we make the dosa.for that,take a mixing bowl.add all purpose flour,salt and turmeric powder.mix well.then,beat 2 eggs and add to it.mix again.then make it a good batter by adding little water.(batter consistency is not too loosy not too thick)
Step 4
Heat a dosa pan.spread some ghee and make the dosa.
Step 5
now fill these dosas with the coconut filling we made and fold it nicely.
Step 6
our Elanji/coconut dosa is ready!!
