Step 1
Take a mixing bowl.add warm milk,instant yeast,sugar,all purpose flour(maida),salt and vegetable oil.give it a good mix and knead to make a soft dough adding little warm water.
Step 2
Once the dough is ready,grease it with oil and cover it tight and keep it aside for 2-3 hours (for raising).
Step 3
when the dough is raised enough knead it again.then take small balls from it and press with a chappathi presser or a rolling pin(to a diameter of 20 cm) to make the base for the cake/pola/pizza
Step 4
Now we will make the chicken filling.
for that fry the boneless chicken adding chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,curd,black pepper powder,salt and oregano.fry it in any vegetable oil.
Step 5
now put a pan on medium flame.add onions,tomatoes and capsicum.sauté for 1-2 minutes.no need to sauté more.add the fried chicken into it.adjust the salt.filling is ready.
Step 6
now we will make the pola.for that,take a cake pan,put the base of the pola which we made before into it.cook it for 3 minutes on low flame and flip to the other side.
Step 7
Then spread some tomato sauce over it.then add the chicken filling and grated cheese over it.add sliced cheese,crushed red chillies and oregano over it.cover and cook for 25 minutes on low flame.
Step 8
Puyyappala pola/pizza pola is ready!!
