Badam.

Whole Milk

condensed milk

Pista/Badam essence

Step 1
Soak the Badam in hot water for 3-4 hours.then peel off its skin and make a fine paste of it using a mixer grinder.
Step 2
now take 2 cups of milk in a pan.add sugar.cook for 5-10 on medium flame.allow the milk to thicken.
Step 3
now add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk,Pista/Badam essence and mix well.
Step 4
Finally transfer the Badam paste which we already made into the milk and mix again.cook for 2 more minutes and turn off the flame.
Step 5
Enjoy the healthy Badam milk with your loved ones.
