Step 1
In a pan add oil and after its heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Later, add green chillies and mix for 30 secs.
Step 2
Now add Onions and salute until it turns translucent. Now add spices- coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Step 3
Cook everything for a minute in low flame and add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly. Finish off my garnishing with coriander leaves an enjoy.
