Step 1
Take a pressure cooker or rice cooker and add oil in it. Now add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Step 2
Later add green chillies and shallots and cook until it turns translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes. Now add carrots, potatoes and beans and cook for 2 mins.
Step 3
Now add salt and pour washed rice and dal. Mix thoroughly and add ghee. Continue by adding water and coriander leaves and pressure cook for 1 whistle in high flame and 1 whistle in low flame. Dish out and serve hot with ghee and pickle.
