Step 1
In a pressure cooker put peeled potatoes and pour water and cook for 4 whistles on medium flame. Later, remove the water and roughly mash the potatoes.
Step 2
Now, in a pan add oil then add cumin seeds. Now add green chillies followed by salt, red chilli powder, hing, turmeric , aloo, chat masala and add mashed potatoes.
Step 3
Mix for 2 mins, Now add water and bring to a boil. Lastly garnish with coriander leaves.
