Slice onion and keep aside.

Cut lady's fingers into big pieces- approx. 2-3

Cut tomato into half and then cut into small pieces.

Cut each chilli into 2-3 pieces.
Step 1
Wash the vegetables. Cut the vegetables as stated against each and keep aside.
Step 2
Keep khadai on stove. Heat little oil in it. Fry Mustard seeds.
Step 3
Add cut onion pieces to this. Stir it. Add cut Lady's finger pieces and salt and fry. Add cut tomato pieces.
Step 4
Fry and mash this mixture. Then add green chillies. Add 2-3 tsp of Eastern vegetable Masala and stir. Add little water (approx 1/4 small glass) and let it boil
Step 5
Add 2 tbsp of coconut milk powder in 1 cup warm water and stir. Add this coconut milk to this masala. Put off the flame just as the coconut milk begins to boil. Do not let the masala boil. SERVE HOT.
