Step 1
Mix well the onion, green chillies, Currys leaves, coriander leaves and salt then add small amount of water.
Step 2
Make it as like a paste. Don't add too much water.
Step 3
Heat the pan apply the half of the gram flour mixture in round shape with your hands. Don't use laddle or anything to apply on the pan.
Step 4
Pour 1 tsp oil and Cook it well in medium flame. Then flip it to cook otherwise. Again add 1 tsp oil. Keep it 5 mins
Step 5
After that make another omlette in the same way. You can eat this as side dish with any dish.
