Soak the rice for 30 mins. Meantime chop the vegetables
Step 2
Pour oil into the pan. While oil lightly heated add aniseed, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardomom and bay leaves.
Step 3
Then add green chillies, fry it for two minutes then add onions fry it until it's color changed into light brown. Then add and squash tomatoes and fry it for 5 mins.
Step 4
After that add ginger garlic paste fry them for 5 mins. When you can occur the finest smell add curry leaves, mint and coriander leaves.
Step 5
Fry them with medium flame for 5 mins. Add coconut milk, rice and salt.
Step 6
2 to 3 vessels are enough to cook it Now you can enjoy the yummy coconut milk rice for lunch.
