Step 1
Chop the spinach and wash it two times.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and the chilies into two parts.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, let it crackle.
Step 4
Add all the masala powders, and salt one by one, and saute.
Step 5
After that, add the mungedi

Add hot water to it, bring it to a boil, and cover it for 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
Add the spinach to it, saute and keep covered until cooked. In the meanwhile, saute it 1-2 times.
