If you want it to be a bit healthier then you can add wheat flour as well.

Step 1
Take the flour, and add salt, nigella seeds, and oil to it. Mix it well. Add boiling hot water and make a tight dough. Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Flatten the dough on the surface, roll it out and cut it into desired shapes. The most desirable shape is like a diamond or Kaju.
Step 3
Deep fry the pieces in hot oil and sprinkle some chaat masala if you want.
Step 4
TIP- To make it crispier, you can also add curry leaves to it and make sure to roll out the bread thinner than usual Nimki. Nimki with curry leaves tastes good only with refined flour.
