Step 1
Grate one coconut in a mixer grinder or you can scrape it using a scarper.
Step 2
Add the jaggery. After it has begun to get melt, add the grated coconut.
Step 3
The coconut should be stirred until it begins to release oil and start to become sticky. It separates off the pan's surface.
Step 4
Add the crushed cardamon during the process itself.
Step 5
After the mixture is ready, grease your palm, take sections of the coconut-jaggery mixture one by one and make the laddoos.
Step 6
TIP- Make sure to make the laddoos when the mixture is a bit hot. After it cools down, it becomes difficult to give the round shape.
