Step 1
Soak the moong dal for 3 hours.
Step 2
Make a paste (keep it coarse-grained) of half the quantity of soaked moong daal and the remaining half should be left as it is.
Step 3
Take the required amount of wheat flour and add all the masala into it one by one, including the coarse-grained and whole-soaked moong daal and oil.
Step 4
Add water and make a tough dough out of it.
Step 5
Roll it over and cut out the desired shapes as shown in the picture.
Step 6
Make sure to make little pores on it, otherwise it will become like a Puri.
Step 7
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them all.
Step 8
Sprinkle chaat masala all over it for a better taste.
