Step 1
Soak red chowli/red Cow Peas overnight, add salt & then pressure cook it for 4 whistles.
Step 2
Then add green chillies & red pumpkin cut into medium pieces & cook well.
Step 3
Add coconut milk & bring it to boil & switch off the gas.
Step 4
Finally, add curry leaves & coconut oil.
Step 5
Olan is ready to be served as side dish for rice.
