Step 1
Crush ginger, green chillies & salt in a mixie.
Step 2
Add the above to the thick curd & beat lightly with a spoon & mix altogether. Injithair should be like chutney consistency.
Step 3
Then take oil in a small kadai spurt mustard seeds, red whole chilly & curry leaves & pour it over the curd.
Step 4
Injithair is ready to be served as a side dish.
