Step 1
Finely chop onions and tomatoes and keep them aside. Boiled the potato and mash it.
Step 2
For coriander chili chutney, take the green chilies and coriander in a 1:2 cup ratio, add a half cup water, cumin seeds, lemon juice, and salt and make a smooth paste using a mixer.
Step 3
In a big bowl, take the puffed rice, and add the tamarind chutney, coriander chili chutney, mashed potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. Add all the spices to the bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Serve the bhel on a plate and garnish it with Sev.
