Step 1
Wash the rice flakes in a sieve and keep them aside
Step 2
In a pan, pour oil and let it warm up; add cumin seeds, peanuts, and mustard seeds
Step 3
Add chopped chili and let them cook for a minute.
Step 4
Add chopped onions and saute them for 2 minutes on high flame
Step 5
Add the spices to the pan and mix well.
Step 6
Add the poha and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes while occasionally stirring the poha.
Step 7
Garnish with coriander leaves.
