Step 1
Boiled the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes
Step 2
After the potatoes are boiled, peel and mash them
Step 3
In a pan, heat some oil and put cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
Step 4
Add some chopped chilies, salt, and turmeric powder to the pan.
Step 5
Add chopped onions and tomatoes. Cook them for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Step 6
Add mashed potatoes to the pan and mix well. Garnish the dish with coriander.
