Step 1
In a vessel, add oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly, dried red chilly, split urad dal, toor dal, fry well.
Step 2
Add cut cucumber, salt, asfoetida( hing) jaggery, turmeric powder and grated coconut.
Step 3
Cook for about 15 mins. Serve with chapati or rice along with sambar
