Step 1
In a mixer grinder, take onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, mint leaves and make a fine paste
Step 2
Add maida and semolina with water. Add water as per your requirement. Make it thin enough to make dosa easily.
Add two eggs and beat well

Add salt as per your requirement
