Step 1
Take finely chopped ginger and jaggery in a stone mortar and pestle and beat it using a pestle. If you don't have a mortar and pestle you can use a stone.
Step 2
In a pot put water and this beaten mixture and bring it to boil. Let it cook for 5 to 10 mins. You can add salt at this stage or totally skip it if you don't like.
Step 3
And your ginger tea is ready. Drink this after every meal for easy digestion.
