Step 1
First make vegetable stock by boiling in water 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1/4 cup cabbage, 1/2 celery stick & 2 flakes of garlic & keep it aside. Amount of water should be that finally u get 2 cups of vegetable stock after boiling. Strain the vegetable stock into a bowl, you should use only the liquid of vegetable stock. You can also use readymade vegetable stock.
Step 2
Cut all the vegetables, take a kadai & fry the vegetables in oil till half done.
Step 3
Next add all the salts & sauces & saute for 2 to3 minutes.
Step 4
Mix cornflour in vegetable stock & pour over the vegetables & boil for 5 minutes & switch off the gas.
Step 5
Splutter red chillies in oil & pour over the vegetables. Schzewan vegetable is ready.
