For applying on tava & to pour on the sides of dosa
Step 1
Mix all the above ingredients except oil & water. Now add water as required & make the mixture into very thin watery liquid.
Step 2
Take a dosa pan apply oil on it & sprinkle the watery rava mixture on it by scooping it with your hand cupped & sprinkling it on the tava. This watery mixture poured on the tava will have holes or gaps in it.Put oil on all sides of the tava & cook both sides of the rava dosa as per your liking crispy or soft.
Step 3
Rava dosa is ready. It can be had with white vattana curry or with coriander chutney.
