Step 1
Soak split urad dal in water for 6 to 7 hrs.
Step 2
Drain out the water & grind it in mixie without adding water alongwith salt. Then keep it aside.
Step 3
Next cut finely green chillies, ginger, onion & curry leaves & put it in ground batter & mix altogether.
Step 4
Then keep kadai on gas, put oil in it. After the oil is very hot keep the gas on medium flame.
Step 5
Next wet your palm with water, dip your fingers in the ground batter & scoop little batter with your wet fingers & roll it into a ball by shaking the batter in your palm & finally make a hole in the batter ball & put it immediately into the hot oil.
Step 6
Deep fry the balls into brown & crispy & serve it hot with white coconut chutney or sambar the recipes for which is already shared by me.
