Step 1
Wash tendil nicely & slit it lengthwise.
Step 2
Keep a flat pan on gas & put oil in it. After the oil is hot put slit tendil into it & saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3
Next, close the pan with a lid & cook till it is half cooked.
Step 4
Now remove the lid & put turmeric, red chilly powder & salt & cook completely. If u want it crispy continute to saute till the tendil becomes slightly crispy. Note pan should not be closed with a lid. Also add a sprig of curry leaves
Step 5
Tendil sabji is ready to have it as a side dish with rice & curry.
