Step 1
First make chicken stock by boiling 200 gms of chicken in water including the bones, ribs etc. Also add 1 carrot, 1 onion & 1 celery stick & boil for sometime . The amount of water should be that finally you get 4 cups of chicken stock. U can also use readymade chicken stock.
Step 2
Next semi cook all the vegetables & chicken & cook it again in chicken stock till the vegetables & chicken are cooked well.
Step 3
Then add all the salts & sauces & boil for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Next mix cornflour in cold water & pour it into the soup stirring continuously.
Step 5
Serve hot by garnishing it with chilli sauce & soya sauce.
