Hi all, today's recipe is a non-veg recipe i.e. Surmai fish fry or Seer fish fry. I always used to fry fish with a lengthy procedure. My sister-in-law taught me fish frying in a simple way with very few ingredients. So credit of this recipe goes to my sister-in-law. I would like to mention her name here. I call her Ramedthi. In malayalam edthi means sister. So thanks to her. Let me start now.
