Step 1
Scrape, wash & cut carrots into small pieces.
Step 2
Take water in a vessel & cook carrots in it with a close lid. Add salt after carrot is half cooked. After it is completely cooked drain out the excess water & keep it aside.
Step 3
Take a kadai, pour oil in it & saute onions & green chillies for a minute. Then add the cooked carrots along with curry leaves & saute on slow flame till the carrots looks little fried.
Step 4
Serve as side dish alongwith rice & curry.
