Step 1
Wash & dry the ladies finger till completely dry. Cut it into small round pieces.
Step 2
Take a flat pan, put oil in it & once the tava is hot put the cut ladies fingers & fry till ladies fingers are almost done & keep it aside
Step 3
Next, in the same pan put oil again & spurt mustard seeds, then saute for 2 to 3 minutes the onions cut into small pieces, slit green chillies, asafoetida, salt & curry leaves. Now add the fried ladies fingers & saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not close the pan with a lid.
Step 4
Bhendi sabji is ready, serve it hot with rotis or rice
