Step 1
Cut potatoes into cube size & cook it in water till it is cooked well.
Step 2
Take a kadai put oil in it saute cut onions till soft, put ginger-garlic paste saute for a minute, put turmeric & red chilly powder & saute , add cut tomatoes & saute well , add salt & saute till the gravy leaves oil, add water & cook till it becomes a thick gravy. Add cooked potatoes & cut methi & cook till done. Aloo methi sabji is ready to be served with rotis. You can add 1/2 tsp coriander powder & 1/2 tsp garam masala alongwith red chilly powder. I have not added you can add as per your liking.
