RED RASPBERRY OR CURRANT FLOAT

Ingredients
- 1/2 pint Red raspberry or currant juice
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 4 count Egg whites
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine the red raspberry or currant juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- 2In a separate clean bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they form stiff peaks. Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to beat.
- 3Gradually fold the juice mixture into the whipped egg whites until combined. Chill the mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 4Serve the chilled mixture in a glass dish, half-filled with cold whipped cream.
