Cup Custard for Six

Ingredients
- 4 count Eggs
- 4 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 4 cups Whole milk
- 1 pinch Salt

- 1In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until the mixture is light and well combined. This should take about 5 minutes.
- 2Have ready 4 cups of scalded milk. Mix the milk, salt, and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
- 3Pour the mixture into individual custard cups. Place the cups in a baking pan and add enough boiling water to reach halfway up the sides of the cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for exactly 25 minutes, or until the custards are set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
