Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole milk (Originally "sweet milk".)
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking powder

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until very light and frothy, about 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in the milk.
