Ingredients

  • 4 large Egg whites (Room temperature works best)
  • 1.5 cups Powdered sugar, finely sifted (About 3/4 pound or 340g)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (Or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, for greasing (For preparing baking paper)
